Project Description: The project scope consists of renovations to the MSGR and limited site improvements; The site improvements for this project include grading and drainage revisions to accommodate the expanded building footprint, new walkways, and covered parking spaces (two total). The MSGR building footprint will be expanded in the southeast corner and on the north building faces. To accommodate the project, there will be some demolition of existing site elements. Beside to above mentioned scope project includes the following; design, Installation of new mechanical, electrical, TSS, Telecom and fire protection systems.
